Delivery & Return Policy
Product Freshness: We hold the highest quality standards of freshness and quality. To ensure that you receive all your products in optimal condition we carefully pack and transport them in temperature controlled vehicles which allows us to guarantee that our products will remain fresh and in their original condition when they are delivered to your door. Please be available to receive your shipment so that you can inspect it and refrigerate perishable items as soon as possible.
Delivery in Kuwait
Delivery and processing time:
- *Orders will be delivered within 24 hours once confirmation is received (except weekends).
- *Orders are not delivered on Friday or Saturday or during Public Holidays.
Returns & Exchanges:
We cannot accept returns of food items. It is not sanitary or safe. We do not feel comfortable reselling a perishable food item that has not always been in our control. If upon delivery the item is inspected and not to your satisfaction then return the item to the driver with clear instructions.
Delivery outside Kuwait
Delivery and processing time:
- Orders will be posted from our Kuwaiti site within 48 hours of time of order.
- Orders received after 4:00pm on a Thursday will be taken to post office on Sunday morning. Please note that in Kuwait our weekend is Friday and Saturday.
- No orders are posted on Friday or on Kuwaiti Public holidays.
- All orders are processed via our local Kuwaiti postal system as Registered Mail (must be present to sign for delivery). Expected time of delivery is 10-15 days.
- At all times during the process Infusions KW staff will keep you updated on your order via email.

Currently, we are unable to deliver to any countries in South Asia or Southeast Asia, but hope to do so in the near future.
